This Privacy Policy explains how Tullock Marketing, LLC, doing business as CPG Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit printing.clear-pg.com (the "Site") or place an order for promotional products.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email, password, business name, and billing/shipping address when you create an account.
  • Order information: products purchased, order history, custom artwork or logos submitted for production, and related communications.
  • Payment information: payment is processed by QuickBooks through its API. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
  • Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and general interaction data, collected automatically and, where implemented, through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Communications: information you provide when contacting customer support or submitting inquiries.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process and fulfill orders, including producing custom printed products from submitted artwork.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts and order history.
  • Communicate about orders, proofs, and customer service requests.
  • Improve the Site and our product offerings.
  • Send marketing communications, where permitted, and in accordance with your preferences.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment Processing

Payments on the Site are handled by QuickBooks Payments through its API. Your payment card or bank details are submitted to QuickBooks and are subject to QuickBooks' own privacy policy and security practices. We receive order and payment status information but do not retain full card numbers.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site runs on WordPress and uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential/session cookies: used to keep you logged in to your account, remember items in your cart, and support core Site functionality. These are required for the Site to work and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to log in or check out.
  • Analytics cookies: where implemented, used to understand how visitors use the Site. We intend to use Google Analytics for this purpose; once implemented, it may collect information such as pages viewed, referring pages, and general location, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
  • Marketing cookies: for possible future digital marketing and advertising purposes, such as retargeting. Not currently in use.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will affect your ability to log in or use account features.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with:

  • QuickBooks, for payment processing.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment or print production partners, to deliver your order.
  • Service providers who support Site hosting, analytics, or marketing, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities or third parties, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, maintain business records, and comply with legal and tax obligations. Customer artwork submitted for production may be retained to support reorders unless you request its deletion.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. The Site is hosted on Kinsta, a managed WordPress hosting provider whose infrastructure includes container isolation between sites, encrypted storage, a web application firewall, and DDoS protection through Cloudflare, and daily backups. Kinsta maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications for its security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us using the information below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to request a copy of your data or to opt out of certain marketing communications. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option once email marketing is implemented.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business and adult use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
